**Shipping Policy**

**Overview**

Thank you for shopping with The White Pearl. We strive to ensure that your orders are delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we handle shipping, delivery times, costs, and related matters.

**1. Order Processing Time**

- **Processing Time:** All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- **Order Confirmation:** You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

**2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates**

- **Standard Shipping:** – Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
- **Expedited Shipping:** – Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.
- **Overnight Shipping:** – Estimated delivery time is 1 business day.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

**3. Shipping Locations**

We currently ship to addresses within the USA. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

**4. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking**

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

**5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes**

The White Pearl is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

**6. Damages**

The White Pearl is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly at hello@thewhitepearl.co to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

**7. International Shipping Policy**

We currently do not ship outside [Country/Region]. 

**8. Missing or Lost Packages**

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please allow 24-48 hours for possible delayed delivery. If the package still does not arrive, please contact us at hello@thewhitepearl.co so we can assist you.

**9. Incorrect Addresses**

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.
