How to Use
Prep Your Kit
Remove the plastic film from between the batteries.
Assemble
Attach the mouth tray to the LED light device.
Apply Gel
Squeeze 0.5 mL of whitening gel onto both the upper and lower trays.
Whiten
Insert the tray into your mouth, bite down, and power on. Let it sit for 20 minutes. Avoid swallowing.
Clean Up
Rinse out your mouth and clean the mouth tray with warm water.
